Late morning today i was writing some stuff at work when suddenly like abit giddy .. hmm .. then realised its not i'm giddy but something is moving .. the table? can't be mah .. i use so long le if its shaky i should know de ... and then someone in the office said the building is swaying ... oh oh .... hahaa .. cos just before tt some other storey got ppl drilling something so my first thought was something like 'huh .. did they hit the wrong pillar or something??' tsk tsk .. but nobody really panicked or anything la .. though after the office reached a consensus that the building
is indeed shaking we're kind of worried .. hahaa .. one colleague even comment 'wah .. lucky i going home le' ... then after tt the head office told us to evacuate so we gathered outside the building ...
5 minutes later think someone said indonesia got earthquake then we know whats happening ... lol .. quite fun la .. 偶尔 got abit of commotion oso not bad can break away from the monotone of work .. didn't seriously think that any building in singapore will collapse laa .. cos dunno heard from where last time that hdb built our flats to withstand many times its normal load .. although the office is not hdb build de .. but still ...... some more we're not sitting on a fault line or anything ..
and then in the afternoon ahh ... it came again! heard from others tt its stronger but i was in the gents at tt time so didn't feel it .. so here we go again~~ out of the building .. hahahaa .. really waste time lor .. thought the company will ask us go home early due to the disruptions but nv .. citibank everyone got half day leave lor! .. but may be their own leave lar .. so maybe not a good thing oso ...
