This blog is not abandoned! haha .. i'm back~ ... blame it on sch =P .. just a few updates:
I was thinking of changing faculty and major in mathematics instead .. but there are quite abit of problems .. 1. the modules tt i need/want to take will not be offered nxt sem! so tt kindoff defeats the purpose of changing major right .. if again i needa take modules tt i don't want .. special term doesn't offer most of them too .. and the prospect of taking 6 modules for the nxt 5 sems is not very appealing 2. $$ matters .. if i start on a clean slate then i might need to take special term and tts $600 a module 3. there are 2 main priorities in my life .. and if i major in maths .. hmm .. simply speaking .. tt might compete for time and effort required up on 1st place .. if i want to keep up with my own expectations and others' .. but there may also be potential for it to be useful in the long term .. so not sure .... but on the other hand .. it does nothing for 2nd .. which was the reason i wanted to do econs .. 4. i gotto give up a potential scholarship .. i applied for this ngiam fook quee scholarship tts only for econs majors and the results will be out only late dec .. wonder if this will get back to me first or my change of course application. Think if i get this i'll definately stick with econs le .. otherwise its a dilemma again ..
Singapore government bonds offer like 2 plus % returns .. which is about half a percent more then what i'm getting now .. should i close my bank account and buy bonds instead? the procedures look complicated .. and its not like want to buy then can buy from government .. somemore there isn't a time period tt fit my time horizon .. going bankrupt in 3 years time! haha .. dunno leh .. not very trustful of the open market ... who want to buy with me?? we can go to the bank and malu ourselves together ... oh yah .. toal profits for switching to bonds .. grand total of about $30 a year~~~~ haha .. aiya .. but theres experience to be gained also what ..
this hols is quite short .. 1 month only .. dunno should find job anot .. dunno can find anot .. besides i want the time to prepare for upcoming projects .. project b and project v~ =) ideas ideas pls fall from the sky ..
